Dunkel Company was established in 1985 by David Dunkel and offers rental properties in historic areas of downtown Columbus.
At Dunkel Company we are passionate about preserving classic properties in the historic areas of Columbus, such as Victorian Village, Clintonville, Short North and Harrison West. For more than 30 years we have been obtaining and renovating beautiful homes while trying to preserve the unique features that give these properties their original character.
Our collection of classic properties has provided business professionals, who appreciate the historic value and character of these properties as much as we do, as well as many students with affordable and characteristic, yet comfortable housing in Columbus's most authentic and exciting areas for many years.
Most of our rentals are located in the close proximity of downtown colleges, OSU campus, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, sports arena, churches, theatre, wi-fi hotspots and coffee shops.
